It is time once again to reward and award hard working students of our
institution. I welcome you all to this occasion.
Our struggle and prayer had always been that Wa Polytechnic be converted
into a Technical University. With our collective effort this has become a
reality and calls for thanksgiving and jubilation.
Today’s graduation should have been the most celebrated because it marks
the first graduation ceremony as a Technical University. We have however
found ourselves in an unusual era as a result of the global pandemic which
has come to disrupt all manner of activities.
Nonetheless, we are gathered here to recognize and award you for your
hard work. We appreciate and share with your success story.
I congratulate you on behalf of the Governing Council and the entire
