Mission
The Department seeks to equip its students with the requisite skills and knowledge necessary to support the construction and real estate industries within and outside Ghana
Overview
The Department of Building Technology and Estate Management (BT&EM) was established in March, 2006. The Department currently runs two programmes at the HND level (Building Technology & Estate Management). Also the Department has developed curricula for Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programmes in Building Technology and Estate Management. The proposals to mount the two programmes are at advanced stages of review by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC). It is anticipated that subject to favourable response from GTEC, the Department will mount the two BTech programmes to run concurrently with the existing HND programmes in the next academic year (2022/ 2023).
